Thank you for using our online trouble ticketing software. This allows you to see the progress we have made on your ticket while making sure we get your ticket in the queue.

If you are new to our site, please follow the instructions below to create you account and get started.

  • Click +New Ticket on the left side of the screen.
  • Complete the form with your information so that we may contact you with updates on the status of your ticket. Choose General Tech Support as the Queue
  • You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered.
  • Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
  • Click confirm this request in your web browser.
  • You will be emailed the default password for your account.
  • Click the link in that email to log into your account.
  • Enter your email and the password assigned in the email in your web browser.
  • Click profile in the top right corner and then click change my password at the top in the center.
  • Enter the password of your choice and click change password. Your password has now been reset.
  • Your ticket will be submitted and handled by our team as soon as possible.

 

If you are a returning user, follow these steps.

  • Click “Please login now” in the top right corner of this page.
  • Enter your email address and password and click login securely.
  • You can now click My Tickets on the left side and see the progress of your tickets.
